The BeeManiacs staff volunteers for many educational events, online education systems, and also hands-on mentoring at our educational bee yard.

After receiving many requests from people that would like to get started in beekeeping but their schedules cannot fit any available classes or there’s just not a class in their area, we decided to develop an online beekeeping education system.

We decided to release this online education project working together with the Backyard Beekeepers Association (501C3 non-profit) and we teamed up with their educational volunteers to release their online classes starting from April 2017. They will continue hosting in-person classes in Deer Park, WA, but will offer the online platform at the same time, for beekeeping enthusiasts that are not in driving distance or cannot match the class schedule. For more information please visit their website:

If you are looking for educational material we generated, or presentations we have shared in a class or event, please follow this link to our Educational Wiki site.

If you are in driving distance from our educational bee yard and coming to our hands-on classes, please note that beekeeping protective gear is required.
